Partner Thai Yoga

Thai yoga, also known as lazy man's yoga, is a beautiful practice of giving and receiving. Come explore new ways to use your body as a tool to assist one another in various yoga postures and learn how we can safely incorporate other healing body modalities like massage. This will be an intimate candlelit evening designed to help us enter a deep form of relaxation as we also exercise trust, compassion and communication while being held and supported by your partner throughout our Thai flow.

Come join this safe, relaxing space with a partner of your choice and experience the power of human touch and connection.
